A very large outside area is truly one of the highlights of this location: the pool, which is currently under construction and available from May, overlooking the Monferrato vineyards and the Alps.
The House features a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area. Great living spaces, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You will also find a large meeting room.
Villa Boemia was once the Home of world famous football player and coach Nils Liedholm: he in fact fell in love with the Monferrato wine region and decided to start producing wine himself.
Still to this day the Estate hosts its winery just 300 meters far from the Villa, providing the Guests the opportunity to enjoy a great wine tasting just steps away.
